Baymont by Wyndham Louisville South I 65

I recently stayed here and wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for my needs, and the overall ambiance of the motel contributed to a delightful experience. I will definitely recommend your establishment to friends and family.

Was a little skeptical when we pulled up as the hotel looks quite old, but pleasantly surprised with the inside! Our room had been remolded very nicely, beds are very comfortable, towels are fluffy and very new. Staff was very helpful and having a gym is a plus. We found a fantastic Mexican Restaurant accross the road which may be one of the best I have ever eaten in. The only critique I would offer is the continental breakfast which is some what sparse, but typical of most hotels today. Overall highly recommend!

Room was clean, They let us check in early with a charge of 35.00 but willing to pay from the last place we left a roach came from the bed and the gentleman wanted us just to move rooms UMMM NO we came here and the lady was generous and we got a nice clean room and very quiet.

Overall, this hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are a good size and look recently updated, which was nice to see. The beds were a bit too firm for my taste, but thankfully there were plenty of pillows — though they do tend to go flat pretty quickly. The shower water goes ice cold very fast. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but still tasty and satisfying enough to start the day. The water pressure in the shower was amazing — super strong — but the hot water didn’t last very long, which was a little disappointing. The pool area was nice. The water was warm, and the room itself was comfortably hot, which made swimming enjoyable. However, there was a strong musty, mold-like smell in the pool room that could use some attention. The lighting was not much so dark and creepy at night. One downside to the property is that the windows in the pool room are blocked by shipping containers, which completely hide what would otherwise be a beautiful mountain view. Hopefully that’s a temporary situation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which definitely made the stay better. All in all, a solid place to stay for the price — clean, updated, and with great water pressure — but with a few areas that could use improvement.

Good value if your needs are simply a descent night's sleep. Could be a bit cleaner but not bad by any means. Great location right of the highway. Breakfast was acceptable. Some minor flaws (ie cracked paint, curtains had some runs which let light through, air conditioner a bit noisy but worked great). Like I said, good value for just needing some sleep. Would stay again.

Very nice clean room, Big and spaceous. I slept like a baby it was so peaceful

Affordable, clean, spacious room. Nice big TV. Excellent shower head and water pressure. Comfortable bed, small pillows. Nice towels. A/C unit rattled a lot, but other than that, it was pretty quiet even though close to highway.

I don't understand the negative reviews,we were checked in by a lady who was absolutely wonderful to work with, even my 8 yr old daughter commented on how nice she was. The room was decent, nothing spectacular but for the price it was on par with the rest. Breakfast was OK, it's free and had options. The pool was my daughter's favorite part, her and a few other kids had a great time. I'll stay again if I'm ever in Louisville again.
